Txtr application is not useful
Hey
Is there anyone using Txtr application? Every time when i write a shortcode, it drops pointer to the beginning of the message and adds a new line. Do you have the same problem? How you solved it?

Hey Arsen -
I've been told there's a bug that may be impacting this behavior, but unfortunately I don't have an ETA on a fix for it. I'll keep you posted!

How can we use line breaks in Txtr? We always need to insert blocks with about 10 lines of text. Without line breaks this looks unreadable.
And I agree to Arsen. This is an annoying bug to us, too. Fix would be highly appreciated!

Hey Daniel! Just wanted to let you know that we've followed up on this internally. We'll let you know if there's any new info to share!

Is there any way to use shortcuts like in Txtr that will insert a macro instead of a word or phrase?

Welcome to the Community, Patrick!
I've been using aText on my work Mac for about three years now and it does a great job for me. It's not exactly the same as Txtr, and it doesn't install into Zendesk (it's a desktop app), but it gets the job done!

Finding an immediate problem with this App - it doesn't wait until a word is completed or recognize space at the end of a word... that might not seem important until you try using it to correct common errors... like changing 'hell' to 'hello'
- Result is - hellooooooooooooooooooooooooooo (Ad infinitum)
- If you correct 'txt' to 'text' - you cannot write txtr (irony)
- Also seeing the problem where as soon as a expansion or correction is applied - it moves the cursor to the top.
Looks like it need a bit of refinement.
