    Hi Siaw, unfortunately I don't think this is any way to do this. There would need to be something in JIRA that could conditionally trigger a post to Zendesk based on that custom field, and I don't know of any way to do that in JIRA.

    I'm not sure if this would work for your workflow, but you could create two custom fields in Zendesk, one for "New Feature" and one for the JIRA status. That way you could see both values in Zendesk.
