Limit the number of tabs

    Hello Manish,

    The time only ticks on the currently viewed ticket. Unless you limit the user to one ticket only, there is now way eliminate possible agent mistakes... and limiting to one would be painful I suspect.

    I am not aware of a way to limit the number of tabs.

    Can you help elaborate on "Unless you limit the user to one ticket only, there is now way eliminate possible agent mistakes"?

    Because, if the timer ticks only when the ticket is being viewed I don't see any room for mistakes since agents can anyways have only one tab active at a time, right?

    Hope, am not missing something simple.

    Firstly - a typo by me "Unless you limit the user to one ticket only, there is NO way eliminate possible agent mistakes"

    Limiting to one tab I can almost guarantee will cause more issues - techs will want to refer to a previous ticket, look up other tickets. They will be forced to open multiple browser tabs.  

    As said, I do not know of a way to restrict this anyway.
