It only returns errors for me. Have to say, new to Good Data and still having difficulties creating my custom reports. This one is however crucial and would appreciate if anyone could help me out.
I only have 1 product and all I need is to be able to see how fast our users are getting an answer, on average, regardless if it's a new ticket or open.
