We are using Automate.io to link Google forms with Zendesk. When a customer submits the google form it creates a ticket in Zendesk. We have set our email@example.com email to be the 'Notify Email' in google forms so that the info goes straight to Zendesk as a ticket. However, 2 tickets are created (with the same information)
I cannot figure out why and I need a solution asap because it's very confusing for our agents in Zendesk..
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
