Is it possible to add a dropdown menu to the form? I would like to have "Nature of your enquiry"
and have a dropdown with various options (Sales, Support, Data etc), enabling me to tag the ticket appropriately when it comes in to our helpdesk.
I have searched and cannot find any documentation to support this idea.
*Edit - I have since found an article stating this is only possible using the WebSDK - A little disappointing but thank you anyway.
