Chat Widget Integration Issue
We have chat integrated in our application but having few issues like
Step 1 : When i did search i am getting this
Step 2: Click on Link
Step 3 : Close the active support window and reopen
now we don't have an option to go back or clear the search how do i resolve this ?

I have a couple things I want to clarify here...are you using just Zendesk Chat? Or are you using the Web Widget? And when you say "application", is it a mobile app or a web app? Getting these extra details will help me figure out what to do next!

Hey Krishna! I'm so sorry for the delayed response on this.
My educated guess here is that there's some custom JavaScript that's preventing the back button from operating properly, so that's the first thing I'd have you check. Let us know what you find out!

Hi: Are you launching the Web Widget with the default launcher or with zE.activate?
