We are currently looking at options for integrating chat onto our website. Our website is in two parts, one being Wordpress (frontpage, etc on one server) and the other being Magento (webshop on another server). The two connect seamlessly through a proxy server, but my question to you is this:
If we install Zendesk, will it work seamlessly across both platforms, ie. will it load, show, register chat requests and save statistics as if though the website was built on only one platform?
Would we have to install Zendesk on both servers - and would the Zendesk on one server be able to communicate seamlessly with the other?
