  HI there: I've created a ticket for your request as well, but you will need to add contextual help manually if you want to use it in the Web Widget in your Help Center (as opposed to on your website or in your web app). You can use the zE.setHelpCenterSuggestions for this.

  Hi there! On which way the widget is added? If it's added through document head, would it be possible to remove the current web widget snippet from the Help Center's document head, and toggle the option from the Widget panel:

  https://YOUR_ZD_SUBDOMAIN.zendesk.com/agent/admin/widget 

  This should solve your issue.
