I installed in both apps and went through all the steps.
However, in the ZenDesk ticket panel, says "It appears some of the steps required for installing the app weren't completed correctly. Read these instructions and go to your JIRA instance to finalize the setup."
I've tried: reinstalling both apps, following the detailed instructions, and checking ZenDesk permissions in JIRA, and all looks good.
However, still getting the message above on the ZenDesk side.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
