We're about to turn on the Community functionality in our help center. Some of our clients have strict corporate confidentiality agreements, and in order to participate in the Community, they'd like to use a username rather than their first and last name.
However, for HC we want the users to use the first and last name so we can keep track of tickets.
Since we haven't turned on the Community yet I'm not sure whether or not users get to make a separate profile name for the Community or if is the same profile name for the HC.
Anyone know the answer?
