Bulk move user content to spam (more than 30 rows)

    Hey Magnus,

    Are these showing up under the User Content tab or the Spam tab? If they show up under the spam tab, you should see an option to "Delete all spam" available. If these show up under User Content, it looks like this will be limited to 30 at a time. I wasn't able to track down an alternative solution even using our API unfortunately.

    Hi Brett!

    Just as you've said, the rows are showing up under User Content tab, and therefore we can only select a maximum of 30 rows at a time.

    Do you have any idea around why the rows haven't been Spam marked right away when they arrived? 

    Isn't it possible for some Zendesk Team Administrator to bulk remove theese? Non of the unmoderated rows should be left, everything can be deleted.

    I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Care team can look into this with you. I'm not quite sure why they wouldn't immediately be marked at spam without taking a look at your account so they should be able to assist further.
