Tools used for managing content creation

    Hi Blair,

    We used tickets to manage content creation. We have our content creation team set up with their own roles in Zendesk so our tickets don't interfere with our Client Care Team. This allows all of our team to see what content needs to be created, who is working on what (based on who is assigned to the ticket) and updates anyone who needs to know when the content is created (using CC's and ticket requesters). It works really well for us.

    We used to use spreadsheets before we moved into Zendesk and have found the ticketing process much easier to maintain and see.
