    Heya, 

    If Support haven't replied back to you on your ticket yet, can you try activating the helpcentre this way:

    Admin > Channels > Web Widget > Open the web widget and under Help Centre at the bottom click Create. 

    I've seen this happy before and when I go in through the widget to activate the HC it tends to work from there. I feel like this is a bug in Zendesk if we have to go through the web widget to activate this Brett

    Hi, 

    Thank you all for the prompt support, but apparently, it doesn't work. I've clicked on Setup, under the Help Centre section, in Widget, but it also leads to a non-existing page: https://akasupportcenter.zendesk.com/hc/admin/general_settings 

    I genuinely believe that the Help Centre was temporarily disabled or so. Looking forward to hearing from the Support team.
