    Hey Tom - can you check if Drill Through is configured on the query?  I think you can use the dashboard to turn it on/off, but I think the query would also have to allow it/have it set up first.

    Hey Tom - I'm not sure what your issue is here.  I can say on the pre-configured dashboard, I cannot use the drilldown either for this query, so I'm not sure if that's the expected behavior for these dashboards released by Zendesk.
