So, let me place you in context: the company is a retail seller, and we take care of customers via chat, support, and calls, using ZD for the first two. Now, to have a registration on the orders we need to move from CS to Fulfillment, we place them into what I called "order issues tracker", but this step is still very manual, I'm afraid. It looks like this
My point is, I want to migrate this step to a more automatic one, that is: once the agent takes a ticket and determine is an order with an issue to work on the ticket, and once they submit the reply to the customer, the said app or integration, moves it directly to a table (not necessarily excel, can be clickup, airtable or any other the marketplace has to offer) without the agent to worry to fill it manually, and the Fulfillment team can take these orders and solve them accordingly with the requests placed.
Anyone has any idea on which app/integration can be used? Thanks!
