My company has started using ZD Guide for our customer community and intend to use it to post community announcements and host customer conversations on different topics.
We noticed that when a user posts in a topic, it is sent to the spam section of the moderation queue. After marking as "not spam", my expectation would be that it returns to the User Content moderation queue, the reverse of the "Mark as Spam" option in that queue.
However, we discovered that after marking as "Not Spam", the post is immediately approved.
Is this intended behavior? Is there any ramifications for users marked as spam (or not) that we need to be aware of? Hoping others have encountered this.
