Help Request Form: How to include Description in email to CC recipients?
Our help request submit form includes the option to CC someone.
However, the email that the CC recipient receives, doesn't include the Description that appears on the help request submit form.
For example. Here is the help request submit form:
Here is the email that is received. Note that the Description does not appear.
How can I include the help request submit form's description in the email that gets sent to a CC recipient?
This is what my CC text and placeholders is set to now:

This may be a dumb question but where do you see the "CC email text" field?
I seem to be having trouble finding it. I am posting a photo where I thought it would be.

You may not be an administrator and not have these powers?

I am an administrator. In my screenshot, I have the ability to enable and disable the CCs.
It must be a configuration that does not allow me to adjust those emails.
