We're a Saas Company with a very high touch customer success process. Most of our CS process happens either via email or call. Our CS team doesn't work out of Zendesk. Once of the requirements of launching a knowledge base is that our CS team will be able to see who accessed which articles. From my understanding, the Google Analytics integration only shows summary data. Is that accurate?
Ideally, this would be a table, with the email address in one column, and articles accessed in another that I could then share with the appropriate team members. Is there a way you can think of to set this up? I'm at a loss!
