PROBLEM with agent Chat History sharing
Hi,
I have purchased 5 agents account which serves 4 division/departments of my company and 1 for admin.
Now the problem is all my 4 divisions are able to see each other's chat, these departments compete each other, and sharing all chats will each agent is not a good option.
Can we hide one agent's chat with other one.
Please suggest.
