I have a suggestion to improve the count of satisfaction.
Now the good and bad reply is counted and followed by the ticket, so it will be counted udner the current assignee. However the comment may not be given to the current assignee.
Since we want to link the satisfaction score with the salary and incentives, so it's crucial to us.
