Currently Bulk End User Imports can only update users that have an email address or an External ID however:
- Most of our End User do not have an email address.
- External IDs are not added for users who are added via Zendesk.
The one thing every user has is a Zendesk ID so why do we not have the ability to update via this field? I understand this can be done via an API (which proves its possible) but why not offer this unique field as a bulk import option?
