In spite of the "sourcecode lurker" warnings to not build stuff on top of the HelpCenter variable, we built some functionality into the theme we are currently using that relies on HelpCenter.user.tags to dynamically determine what ticket forms are accessible to the end user from the drop down list on the "new request" page. This functionality has been working in our environment for years, but recently, within the last few days, (not sure when, exactly) the "tags" variable on the "HelpCenter" object began returning an empty array, instead of the expected array of tags that a given user has been assigned. Was this an expected change or accidental collateral damage due to an unrelated change? Is there any chance we might be able to have that variable populated, again? Please?
