Add a new condition to triggers and automations to determine who closed the ticket

    If I understand your use-case, you should be able to get that with the following conditions:

    Meet ALL:

    Status  Changed to  Solved

    Current user Is (agent)

    [Or for the converse, Current user is (end-user)]
