I am new here and also fairly new to Zendesk. We currently have a challenge in our enterprise instance, whereby the full path to the article is not displayed in the search results, so our clients have no upfront indication of the correct "product" they are searching for.
Some of our articles exist in the 5th level, eg. KB > Category > Section > Sub-section 1 > Sub-section 1.1
The vital information required during search is the Section, but this is omitted (abbreviated) from the search results and display as follows:
We have articles related to 11 different medical schemes, each with their own section (the scheme name), followed by a sub-section called "Benefits" and another sub-section called "out-of-hospital", as shown in this example.
Each of the schemes will have its own article that deals with benefits related to Ambulance services.
When our staff members search for a specific scheme's article that deals with Ambulance services, they will have no way to distinguish between the various schemes, as every search result will indicate the same path in the shortened breadcrumbs, ie. Kip > Schemes > ... > Benefits > Out-of-hospital
Is there a way to display more than 4 steps in the path on the search results page?
