Is it possible to split off a brand into a new help center?

    Hi Mikell -

    There's not anything out-of-the-box where you can just automatically port over to a new instance. There are, however, several Zendesk partners you can find in the Zendesk Marketplace who help with exporting and importing Help Center data, who could probably make this an easier transition.
