Query for tickets not update during the last 3 business days
How to build a query which would shows the tickets which were not update during the last 24 business hours / 3 business days? The closest option I could find is Yesterday (workable day) and Yesterday (working day) which means the last 8 business hours.

Hello Anderson Ferreira. If you're using the Advanced menu for Date Ranges, you should be able to select 3 days in the past like this:

Hello, unfortunately it doesn't cover our need because for example when it would run on Monday it would take in consideration Sunday and Saturday.
