    I have read through it and undestand how it works but need further assistance.

    If you could please provide the full code to have in a trigger to replicate the above image as an automated reply it would be great.I would also be happy for no hyperlinks in the footer just text lines one after the other.

    While I can't assist with any sort of custom coding solution, it looks like there are two things you're wanting to accomplish here:

    To add the brand logo image to your email notifications, you'll need to add an HTML image link that points to a publicly-accessible image to your HTML template – you can find instructions for adding a logo here: Customizing templates for your email notifications
    Note that you may need to contact our support team directly to enable the ability to edit your HTML template – there's a link in that article that'll show you how to do that.
