[Request]: Calling all Insight experts....
The Historical Backlog in Insights in great but you do not appear to be able to filter this by User or Organization. The Ticket Backlog History data set is disconnected and does not even appear to have Ticket ID so I am not sure even an indirect link is possible.
Has anyone created something similar? I have a report already showing what is opened and closed but not a backlog figure.
It would be really nice to get such a report as this would be a great addition to what I prepare for my customers.
