    Simply search for

    commenter:"Chris"

    You can search by a user's ID, a partial name, full name, and using an email address.

    For the search, that's perfect - thank you! Is there a way to set up a view based on commenter?

    Chris, the only way i have found to do this properly is to add a tag to a ticket when i have commented on it. You can create a trigger for this.

    Thanks Colin. I considered this for future tickets, but was concerned that I might forget to tag the ticket, or that another agent might change the tags. 

    I don't understand why the search criteria for creating a View seem to be limited. I very much wish that there was a button provided with every set of search results labeled "Convert this Search to a View."

    There's actually a post in our Product Feedback Forum on this very topic. I would definitely recommend that you hop over there and add your vote and use case to the post so. This helps our Product Managers get a feel for what functionality our customers are looking for!

    Hey Monika - It looks like the post had been auto-archived as it hadn't been active in a long time. I went in and un-archived it, so you should be able to see it now.
