We are considering upgrading to the Plus plan. I can't seem to find the info I'm looking for. In the reporting and insights features, will I be able to track anything in our knowledge base or user forum? Specifically, run reports on how many people signed up to use those, who downloaded which files (given that the user is logged in), how many posts were made, etc. Everything I've found so far only talks about reporting and insights for tickets, which isn't something we're using a lot at this time. We are mostly using Zendesk for the knowledge base and forum features. So that's where I need to run reports.
