    Hi Ktanner, 

    There's not much data in Insights about Help Center yet. You will not be able to find out information like how many people signed up or which files were downloaded or most active users. I know the Product team has a lot of plans for pushing more Help Center data into Insights but it will take time and there aren't any specifics to share yet. 

    The dashboards that are built into your Zendesk ticket interface will show you total views, help you see what people are searching for, and know how many comments, votes etc, are added to your Help Center in various timeframes of up to 90 days. 

    Customer Lists in Zendesk could show you how many people have created accounts in your Zendesk but it won't show you weather or not they've used your Help Center. 

    Until more data is available in Insights (it's heavily focused on tickets and customer contact trends) you may be able to work around some of these gaps using Google Analytics. We have a detailed guide to help you get going.
