    Hi Avner,

    It's definitely possible to map your Salesforce fields to Zendesk custom user/organization fields.  You'll need to create corresponding fields in Zendesk based on the list of supported mappings listed in the documentation below.

    Once you have created the fields in Zendesk, you can set up the mappings via the "Custom Mappings" settings for both accounts/contacts.

    Hi Avner,

    You can use Workato to easily transfer your data between Salesforce and Zendesk (incl any custom fields) bi-directionally. 

    From this example integration flow (or what we call a 'recipe'), it shows you that you can sync Salesforce Accounts to Zendesk Organizations. 

    Workato recipes are highly customizable through the visual drag-and-drop interface, so you set up recipes to sync any Salesforce custom fields to Zendesk or vice versa, without creating duplicates.
