Reporting using the secondary y-axis

    Paul, I am not aware that you can do this. I took a look at all of my reports and time auto-plots on the X-axis and # of tickets auto-plots on the primary Y-axis. If you are on a Plus or Enterprise plan, you have access to Advanced Analytics via GoodData

    Else, you may be best off exporting to csv and importing into Excel or other third-party tool, and trying it there.

    In the Insights introduction video, you do have a chart that does this? Would be beyond helpful to have.
