How do I email a report in Insights?

    Carly 

    Click on the 'GoodData' link on the right hand side of the Insights pane. This will reveal the GoodData portal.

    Click the MANAGE menu, then EMAILING DASHBOARDS tab.

    You should then see the link to 'schedule new email'. Follow the instructions there for selecting your report.

    In Insights, you can only email these reports and dashboards to other Zendesk agents.

    Thanks for that, I tried that already, however it does not let me email anyone apart from myself and gooddata2@zendesk.com. I want to email the reports to agents in my Zenedsk. Any ideas? Thanks

    The agents will have to have reporting access and I believe that they will have to activated their GoodData account by using Insights once from within Zendesk.

    Graeme's right, the agents you want to email will need to activate Insights before you can send them emails.
