We have an enterprise plan with insights --- supposedly this plan updates data once an hour.
However, I've noticed a few cases (including today) --- where it's been 2-3 hours and a data update has not happened.
For instance, a couple tickets I solved today (a bit over 2.5 hours ago as of this post) --- and they are showing as solved in the system, views, etc ... but in an insights report tracking open tickets (filter: status = new, open) --- they are still being counted.
So what's the story here? Is the once-an-hour update a reasonable expectation of updates to insights reporting, or is the lag time longer that that on a regular basis?
