My Solved Tickets History not showing any more

    My Solved ticket history is not a default view.

    Recently solved tickets is one however.

     

    Ticket: Status is solved

     

    If you wanted it to show your recently solved tickets, simply add:

    Ticket: Assignee is (current user)

     

    That should do the trick.

    The Assignee name is already my name.  Could it be something else?

    Hi Ed, 

    Looks like we sent you an update in your ticket, here's a quick summary. 

    Your Zendesk has an automation that moves tickets to the Closed state after a few days. This is different from ticket that are in the Solved state. You probably want to include Closed tickets in your view. 

    Let us know in your ticket (or here) if that doesn't help!

    Hi Laura,

    You are exactly right!  They just announced that they have just started to move Solved tickets to Closed status within 2 days to allow them to run the monthly reports.  Now I have opned 2 Personal views:  Closed and Solved so I won't miss any.
