I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to create a insight report that will show me the tickets % of tickets closed vs what was created that was then assign to the agent and the ability to use a date range for that.
For example, If 525 tickets were created last month, Agent X was assigned 200 of those tickets AND he originally already had 5 from last month. Then for the date range, what was his % closed vs what was create that month. So this number could exceed 100% because he closed all 200 and then 1 or 2 from the previous month.
Any help on this would be awesome. Thanks!
