    I was able to get this work, but changing the language breaks the re-ordering of the fields. Is there a way to incorporate different languages into the js logic? I could be missing something obvious.

    I'm not actually sure what our reasoning was behind this decision. I'm going to do some investigating and see if I can find some information for you.

    Hey Antonio!

    It's not currently possible to move custom field above the system fields on your ticket forms, unless you implemented some JS code as described in this Community Tip.

    However, and this will be of interest to Arno as well, I spoke with the PM who's in charge of this part of the product, Kiran, and he said that his team is actually working on adding the ability to arrange fields however you want, regardless of whether they're custom or system fields. At this point, the reasoning behind that design choice is the lost to history, but we realize it's important functionality for many of our customers.

    So that's good news! We're still in the early stages of development on it, though, so I don't have any timeframes for completion to share or anything like that. But rest assured that we're on it, and we'll let you know when we get closer to the finish line!

    You would have to use IF statements for each language, then set the conditions that way based on each text string for the corresponding language

    Hi Jessie,

    Is there already a Product request that we can follow to know when this is going to be live?

    Zendesk's own Helpform has the subject and description as the last fields to fill, which makes it a bit frustrating to not be able to do it ourselves.

    Andrea, I tried your tip to change the order of the fields and it worked beautifully for the Subject and the Description (thank you for that).

    However, the field 'Suggested articles' is still appearing where it was before (bellow where the 'Subject' used to be) and I tried using the same code to change the location of the 'Suggested articles' and it doesn't seem to work. Probably because it's not really a ticket field like the others.

    Any idea on how can I do this?

    I learned just at the end of last week that this feature is currently in QA and we're hoping to go live with it this quarter, provided nothing weird happens during testing. If you'd like, you can follow this Product Feedback thread to keep updated.

    Hi Daniela,

    Try using searchbox-suggestions or suggestion-list as that's the div class for suggestions. Otherwise you could go based on the label "Suggest articles"
