    Hey Matthew,

Interesting Report you have created there! I would have liked to give you an easier way, but instead I have some advice. If you wish to create a report that captures as much information as possible it is always the best to use custom built metrics. Especially when looking at the future, keeping your company's growth in mind, where you might want to separate certain tickets to separate channels, it can be good to work with metrics in this case, where you control which tickets belong to which channels.

I say this because you could have tickets created through a custom built web form, where Insights will recognize this ticket as being created through the API, but you want this ticket to belong to the Web tickets.

Sometimes complicated is better, especially when you want to expand on the information that is currently there.

Hey Matthew, it's been a few years but if you're still around, can you show us how you did the stacked graphs with each piece as a percentage of the total? Thanks!

Hi Fernando, thanks for your prompt response. I should have pointed out that I want the stacked bar graph to total to 100%. That doesn't seem to work with your method, but I got it working by creating custom metrics for each item in the stacked graph.
