Request: I would like to see the ability to follow community users (both agents and end-users) similar to how you can follow forums in community v2.
Use case: Maybe there is a product manager that frequently comments or responds to posts regarding a particular part of the product you are interested in and it spans several forums and you don't necessarily want to follow the entire forum, just the guru of that forum. Anytime they post you can be alerted. Or if there is a top poster you really enjoy you can follow them as well. This is something our customers loved in our previous platform.
