Last week we were forced to upgrade from the v2 Jira-ZenDesk connector to v3 due to a change on the Atlassian/Jira Cloud that removed support for v2.
In this new version, Jira comments no longer synchronize to ZenDesk comments and vice versa.
This is an issue for us because we use Jira as 3rd level support and our 3rd level support team (who are only light agents in ZenDesk) needs an easy way to be notified when something is posted to ZenDesk. Currently, they would have to monitor all open issues manually and see if they have been updated.
If there is any thought going into changing the way the v3 connector works I would love to hear about it.
