    HeyO Cam,

    If you're looking to do this on the ticket form for end-users, the HTML that can accomplish this is: <option selected="selected"> Value </selected>. I found this Handlebars discussion for a dynamic solution that may work within our Help Center. Please note, this isn't an answer Zendesk has devised, but it may help to guide you to a solution that works for you.

    If you're looking to do this for agents submitting tickets within your Zendesk, you could create a trigger to set that drop-down at time of creation based on various criteria.

    Thanks for the response Dwight, I'll give it a shot. I am attempting to make this work in the first scenario you mentioned, the end user Help Center.
