How can I create a custom metric that counts the number of times a custom date field changes? I'd like to be able to run a report that shows any tickets where our custom date value was originally x, but was changed to y (so that we may track how often we change those dates). Below is what I have come up with so far, but I'm unsure of the remaining parameters:
SELECT COUNT(Ticket Updates, Ticket Text Field Change) WHERE ([Text Field] Previous Value = Date (Custom Date Field) AND....
