Agent-only community forum
回答済みWe are looking into upgrading from the Team to Pro subscription so that we can start using the Community Forum in our Help Center. Something we would also like is the ability to have forum discussions internally between agents only and not have the discussions available for our customers or the public. Is this possible?
We are tired of using Outlook emails for design discussions and thought maybe the forum is a good alternative. But we just need these discussions to be private since they are internal.

Yup - you can make forums 'agent only' - we use this.

Is it possible that you could show me a screen capture that shows your community forum with the 'agent-only' section showing up along side the public section? I need something to present to the decision-makers. Thanks!
