    @Marc - If you are on a plan that allows editing of your Zendesk theme then yes you can use the {{recent_activity}} placeholder.  A good example of that is here on the main Zendesk HC page.  All themes currently have this however they may be pointing to the community like this   {{recent_activity scope='community'}}.  Just remove the scope='community' and that will show all activity within the Help Center.

    I must have removed it  at the same time I turned off the community (because we don't use it at this stage)

     

    Now to just re-add it to align with the formatting :)

    @Wes - I tried this with our HC and this appears to only show brand new articles that have been created. 

    Is there any way to show updated articles (ones that were previously created)?

    @David - I'm not sure I will have to check into that but it does show comments so you could add a comment to the article to let everyone that is subscribed now that it was updated which would then show into your recent activity.

    I was wondering if there is a way to set the scope to Knoweldge base article only? So to exclude community posts?

    Hi Sven - To scope to just knowledge base you can just have {{recent_activity}}  That should only show knowledge base updates.

    • scope (optional, string) Can be communitycategory, or section. If set to community, displays the 5 most recently created community posts or post comments visible to the user. If set to category or section, displays only recent activity for a category or section. The category and section scopes only work in the Category and Section page templates respectively.
