Allow end-users to use Rich Text formatting (like articles) and paste images
完了Currently the Zendesk Submit a Request form doesn't have the ability for users to paste images, or format their question.
It's available for Agents and articles. For example, the "Submit a Request" page from Zendesk is just a text box. It should have full rich text support (respecting the setting in the admin interface).
We currently encourage our customers to not use the portal, but instead email where their formatting and inline images are preserved.

Adding my voice here as well. We have numerous customers who would like to be able to add formatting to their requests / updates in the Zendesk Guide page. It is frustrating for them to have to go into email in order to add simple items like bullets or more complex items like log snippets.

Same as Ben Ballard - we have customers who often need formatted code in their ticket submissions and updates.
Nicole S. - Do you have any updates on when this will be added to the web portal functionality for our customers?

Thanks for the good news, for those that didn't see it -- this is now possible, at least for new requests. My next question is, when enabled, will this work when adding new comments to existing tickets?
