    Yes

    I have 2 brands im setting up that are almost 2 entirely seperate business.

    Brand A will never need to assign tickets to or see tickets relating to Brand B and vice versa

    So i want to create a way that Brand A will only see Brand A support teams and again for Brand B

    Field forms and such are easy because they are form based.

    I'm afraid I don't quite understand what you're asking here...are you asking if you can hide groups of agents from other groups of agents?

    Hi James!

    You can set your groups up so that agents in a certain group or groups can only see the tickets in their groups. You can also set it up so that certain tickets are automatically routed to specific groups. You can find out all the details about that in our documentation. I hope that answers your question!
