    You should be able to say:

    WHAT

    • % Achieved

    HOW

    • Ticket Assignee

    FILTER

    • Date (Ticket Solved) is in the last 31 days

    You can then sort the table by '% Achieved' to run from High to Low.

    Adjust the number format for '% Achieved' to #,##0 % to display as a percentage.

    You may also want to add a filter for SLA Policy or SLA Metric if there are specific SLAs that you are more concerned with.
