Zendesk Salesforce Licensing Requairements

    Hi Jaco!

    The setup only requires a login via an administrator account, so you shouldn't need a license for each user (the setup will just need to occur once from an admin account on both Zendesk and salesforce side). The integration uses 1 admin level user to authenticate via OAuth from Zendesk to Salesforce, primarily for API access, and those credentials are utilized by all Zendesk users via the integration.

    Of course, if you are planning on having them access Salesforce in general (outside of the integration), they will need their own license/login account.
