    Hi Michael: There is not currently a way to change this, so thanks for writing. Could you tell us a bit more about what you're looking for from this page and why that message isn't meeting those needs?

    We'd also like to customise the text so we could give a time expectation to customers of when their query is going to be answered, and/or show our working hours. Is this something already possible to do?

    Hi Gef,

    I did some digging on my end and it doesn't look like there's a way to change the confirmation message within the web widget at this time. I would encourage you to create a separate feedback post in our Support Product Feedback topic for our product managers to review.

    I'll also be sure to pass your feedback along to the appropriate team.
